u-random.dev is my public blog for hands-on practice in defensive security: real labs, analysis of attacks and countermeasures, operational commands — no textbook theory without an executed command alongside it.
Areas: SIEM (Wazuh/Splunk/Elastic), Linux hardening, defensive network architectures (VPN, DMZ, IDS/IPS), digital forensics, and the automation (Bash/Python/CI-CD) I use to build and maintain my labs.
Active project at this time: Cowrie honeypot on a real VPS, private Wazuh behind WireGuard, Sigma/YARA rules on truly captured attack patterns.
